Hi everybody! I’m back with another “From Garden to Home” post! This week we are bringing in some Bleeding Hearts! I think this flower wins for one of the coolest flowers out there! They are absolutely beautiful and so intricate! I think the serving tray is my absolute favorite. I remember wood burning along with my college roommate..it was an interesting medium to say the least. The one featured here is gorgeous and of course it features bleeding heart motifs! You will also find a link to a recipe for “Bleeding Heart Pie”, I know, but it’s simply called that due to it’s use of raspberries along with a heart cut-out! Ok, enjoy!

Good morning everybody! I hope everyone is adjusting to the shift in time. I always hate the fact that one can just take an hour away from me, yet I do look forward to longer sunny days! You see the pic above…go ahead, I will wait while you look. Ok, finished? So, these little Daffodils sprouted out of the ground a few weeks ago. Poor things, the weather was very warm for a while here in Georgia so they must have thought that Spring was here. Boy were they in for a shock when the weather turned frigid again. Many of them began to droop over. We closed on our home in late summer/early fall of last year, so it was a warm and sunny surprise to see Daffodils popping up out of the ground! I was quite excited!

So, these little Daffodils got me thinking about doing a new weekly column here on JuBella that I will call “From Garden to Home”. I will feature a flower, plant, herb, or fruit ; and then go window shopping for you all and collect and post some of my favorite items to bring into your home that features the garden selection of the week! Most of them, but not all of them will be selected from Etsy. This week I thought it only springfully proper to kick off the column with those that inspired me….Daffodils! Here are some of my favorite Etsy finds that features Daffodils and or were inspired by that rich sunny daffodil yellow! I especially love the vintage glasses and tupperware. The glasses would look lovely filled with pink lemonade and the tupperware would fit into any eclectic, colorful, or vintage style kitchen! Enjoy!
